Chris Smalling robbed at gunpoint at Rome home
Smalling moved to Italy from United later year
Former Manchester United defender Chris Smalling has been robbed at gunpoint at his home in Rome.
Police in the Italian capital are investigating after 3 men forced their way into the house and ordered him to open a safe containing a Rolex, jewellery and around 300 euros in cash.
Smalling completed a permanent move from United to Roma last year.
