KEY 103 can reveal a young woman from Manchester who who was given just two years to live UNLESS she could find a donar for a double lung-transplant HAS finally found a match.

20-year-old Chloe Hopkins - who has Cystic Fibrosis - is now out of intensive care and breathing un-aided with her new set of lungs.

We've been following Chloe's plight for the last year - which saw her even receive a message of support from David Beckham...

Friend of the family James Morris told KEY103:

"Chloe was taken to hospital last week as they found a donor for her. The operation went ahead and today, Friday 3rd March, she has come out of intensive care and is currently on the transplant ward, breathing un-aided with her new pair of lungs. We would like to thank everyone for all your support and help"

Chloe is calling for England to follow in the footsteps of Wales and have an 'opt-out' donar register system.
