Arson attack at Partington social club

Police are investigating an arson attack at a social club in Partington.

It happened at Partington Social Club on Warburton Lane in the early hours of Tuesday 9th January 2018.

A significant amount of damage was caused butno one was injured.

Officers have released CCTV in a bid to get witnesses to contact them.

Detective Constable Clare Robinson, of GMP’s Trafford borough, said:

“This was a completely reckless attack on a popular social club that could have easily resulted in devastating consequences.

“You can see the extent of the damage from the images we have released and I would implore anyone with any information to get in touch so that we can find the person responsible for this mindless crime.”
