Acid thrown in man's face in Salford

A man's recovering after an acid attack in Salford.

It happened on City Walk in Pendlebury at about 14:00 yesterday afternoon (Friday 4th August 2017).

The 20-year-old victim was taken to hospital with injuries to his face - specifically his eyes.

An investigation's underway and police are appealing for witnesses or anyone else with information to contact them.
