14-year-old stabbed in back in Salford

A 14-year-old boy's in hospital after being stabbed in the back in Salford.

It happened on McClean Drive in Irlam at about 19:00 last night (Wednesday 29th March 2017).

Another 14-year-old boy has been arrested on suspicion of assault.

Police say their investigation is continuing and they are appealing for witnesses or anyone else with information to contact them.
