14-year-old boy among latest arrests over Merseyside riots
Police have also questioned a 16-year-old boy
Two teenagers are among the latest people to be arrested after riots broke out on Merseyside in the wake of the Southport stabbings.
A 14-year-old boy from Toxteth has been arrested on suspicion of violent disorder in Liverpool city centre.
A large group threw missiles at officers and damaged police vehicles, before looting shops in the days after the attack.
Police have also questioned a 16-year-old boy from Southport on suspicion of violent disorder and handling stolen goods.
It follows footage which shows missiles being thrown at police, and a male stood outside a shop as looters pass him stolen items.
Both have been released on conditional bail.
