Three plead not guilty to the murder of Rikki Berry

Three men have pleaded not guilty to the murder of a man in Kirkby.

36-year-old Rikki Berry died in hospital after being fatally shot in Quarryside Drive on July 17th.

Today, at Liverpool Crown Court, 26-year-old Michael Smith, of no fixed address, 26-year-old Connor Walsh, of Simonswood Lane in Kirkby, and 25-year-old Adam Williams, of Hamblett Crescent in St Helens, pleaded not guilty to Rikki's murder.

They also pleaded not guilty to possessing a firearm with intent to endanger life.

A provisional trial date has been set to begin on January 20, 2025.
