A Tik Tok star who goes into care homes across North Lincolnshire using big sporting events to get older people active.

Bailey Greetham has nearly fifty thousand followers and uses social media to show how he's engaging the elderly into exercise.

Bailey's using Wimbledon for inspiration this week, he said:

"We’ve had loads of laughs, it’s the best hour ever. Everyone joins in and gets active. We’re building up new relationships and having new conversations.

“They still keep up to date with what’s happening like politics and sports so why not have their activities be up to date with what's going on too. It keeps it exciting and fresh. They can watch it on TV and then the next day have their own little Wimbledon event.”

Bailey set up Be Great Fitness when he was just seventeen years older after going through a tough time, he said:

“My main focus was just to make sport accessible for everyone. I had a bit of a troubled background and fitness took me out of a dark space so I just wanted to make sure that everyone had that opportunity as well.”
