EastEnders spoilers: Monday 24th - Friday 28th December 2018: It's set to kick off in EastEnders during Christmas week. Alfie and Hayley have kept their baby secret for quite some time and now it's been confirmed that it will finally come to light on Christmas Day.
Also Linda Carter worries about her hubby Mick Carter when she spots an odd exchange between him and Phil Mitchell and Kim Fox gives birth in the Minute Mart with an unlikely ally.

It's not long before Hayley hears the commotion and manages to cover Jean's behaviour by revealing Jean and Ian Beale are dating.

Stacey fumes at Ian but as when she realises Jean really likes him she calms down.

Alfie tries to give Kat her wedding ring back but she rebuffs his attempts leaving him annoyed.

On EastEnders' Christmas special, Kat is determined to have the perfect family festivities but unbeknownst to her, the Slater family's lives are about to be turned upside down.
The day begins with Ian joining Jean and the rest of the family for dinner.
Kat is still unsure about wearing her wedding ring however Alfie continues to try and win her over but things take a turn for the worse when he learns an alarming truth…
When Bev outstays her welcome at the Slates and is rude to Hayley, Kat kicks her out. As tension continues to rise below the surface Alfie decides to leave but Hayley manages to convince him to stay.
Things take a turn for the worse when a dramatic chain of events lead to Alfie and Hayley's baby secret FINALLY being exposed to Kat and the rest of the family.
There's anarchy at the Slater house following the big baby secret. Faced with an impossible situation, those involved struggle to keep their emotions under control and tensions soon reach boiling point. However just as it looks like the situation is under control, things take an unexpected turn…
Meanwhile, Stacey reaches out to Max to check in on him and the pair share a touching moment.
Linda worries about Mick
Mick might be out of prison but it's safe to say he's not the same and when Linda spots an exchange between her husband and Phil she begins to worry.
Later she probes her husband about what's happened.
She then makes a worrying discovery and is left stressing about what Mick has done…
Towards the end of the week the Carters prepare for the Christmas karaoke at The Vic but as the celebrations get started, Mick and Linda struggle to put all the recent drama behind them.
Kim goes into labour in the Minute Mart
Elsewhere on the square, Phil gets the shock of his life when he gets locked in the Minute Mart with Kim who goes into labour.
While the concern gets underway, Denise begins to worry about her sister and when she spots an ambulance at the Minute Mart she fears the worst…
Luckily when they arrive they discover Kim with her newborn baby.
Following the arrival of her little one, Kim is in high spirits but Denise sees through her sister's act and begins to worry she's struggling without Vincent.
Later on, Kim decides to have another Christmas for her family – seeing as she was in labour – and suggests to Denise that they invite Phil over to join them.
Ray makes a mysterious phone call and shortly after he gives Phil a worrying ultimatum.
Following the drama with Ray, Phil decides to join Kim and her family for their Christmas dinner. As Phil goes to leave he's touched when Kim gives him a Christmas present.
Also Kim decides on a name for her little one.
 
Keanu prepares for Sharon's return
Over to the Taylor family and Keanu gets himself into an awkward situation when he assumes Sharon is returning to the square and buys her a present. Things get worse when Louise assumes the present is for her and she's left feeling touched.
Kandice returns to the square
On Boxing Day, Karen prepares her family and her sister Kandice a meal but is shocked when Mitch Baker turns up and asks about seeing Keegan.
Karen sends her ex on his way but is stunned when she realises her sister has secretly hid him in the bathroom – yes, really.
How will Keegan react about his dad's return? Will he be able to forgive him?
Keegan offers Louise an olive branch and invites her over for the family dinner.
Louise and Keanu KISS
Keanu struggles to focus on the dinner when he receives a voicemail from Sharon and later on he's left stunned when Louise tries to kiss him.
Despite initially refusing, he soon kisses her back.
Also, Bernadette plans to meet up with Tiffany but when Tiff bumps into Evie she's persuaded to go to a party instead. It soon dawns on a heartbroken Bernadette that Tiffany isn't coming.
