Every week in Dancing On Ice the judges set a challenge for the contestants, and this week is no different, however this week they will see a DOUBLE elimination!

Celebrities left in the competition include Max Evans, Brooke Vincent, Alex Beresford, Antony Cotton, Donna Air, Jake Quickenden and Kem Cetinay. This week they will have to impress judges by adding in certain sequences to their performance.

This week's judges' challenge is called the The End To End Step Sequence and includes the following:

  • The couples must incorporate a sequence that must go from one end of the rink to the other.
  • They must be perfectly mirrored / in unison with each other.
  • The couples can't hold on to each other or be touching in any way - so the celebs will essentially have 30 seconds of solo skating.

The couples must also include four lobes - which is a technical ice skating term for four semi circle loops.

Coronation Street actress Brooke Vincent was the first celebrity to be confirmed for this year's show. The actress said she's doing the show to 'challenge' herself.

Last weekend we said "goodbye" to Lemar after he had a skate off against Donna Air. Despite trying his best Lemar has been in the bottom two four times during the series and this time the judges scored him just 20 out of 40.

Hosts Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby also shocked viewers by revealing a double elimination for the seventh week of the show.

Earlier this week viewers were comparing Dancing On Ice to the Winter Olympics with hilarious results. One viewer tweeted, 'Watching figure skating at the Winter Olympics. Can't help but feel that Dancing on Ice is going to be a bit of a let down in comparison! #skating #WinterOlympics'.

Whilst another said, 'Blimey! @dancingonice is different tonight!!! @ITV #Olympics #WinterOlympics2018'.

This week, as well as the double elimination we'll get to see pop star Camila Cabello perform on the show.

The exciting news was announced on Twitter earlier this month with the official Dancing On Ice account tweeting, '#DancingOnIce is going to Havana ooh na-na 🎵 @Camila_Cabello will be performing on the ice in two weeks! 👏'.

Camila has seen huge success since leaving the American group Fifth Harmony. Her self-titled, debut, solo album 'Camila' went to number 1 around the world last month and her success was recognised by fellow pop star Shawn Mendes who publicly said he was 'unbelievably' proud' of the singer.

Dancing on Ice continues on ITV on Sunday night at 6pm.
