Celebrity Big Brother line-up 'leaked' ahead of launch

Reports are circulating that the contestant list for the upcoming series of Celebrity Big Brother has been leaked.

The 20th series of the reality TV series is due to start next week and according to a national newspaper the list of celebrities involved has been released a week early.

However, an insider told the Daily Star that the producers "only want the housemates to know who they’ll be living with once they walk into the house," so this leaked list could ruin producers' plans.

So far only nine celebrity names have been revealed and this is unlikely to be the full list of those involved.

The leaked list includes a wide variety of former reality TV show contestants, singers and TV presenters.

Pete Wicks

Pete joined The Only Way is Essex in 2015 and has had some of the most memorable storylines, including his relationship with his on/off girlfriend Megan MeKenna. Tensions heightened with Pete's close friendship with co-star Chloe Sims and in April the couple had to be separated by crew members.

Jemma Lucy

Jemma, of Ex On The Beach fame, is believed to be in this year's CBB line-up. The glamour model has been featured in two seasons of Ex On The Beach, but walked out of the villa two years ago after a violent fight with Kayleigh Morris.

John Leslie

Starting his TV presenting career on Blue Peter John Leslie is best known for presenting Wheel of Fortune and This Morning. The Daily Star has reported he has been offered £75,000 to take part in the reality TV series. A source told the national newspaper, "John was approached a few months back. He always said he’d never do reality TV but he now feels that he’s got nothing to lose.

"Big Brother is known for its controversial housemates, and bosses can’t wait to get him in the diary room."

Sarah Harding

Former Girls Aloud singer Sarah Harding has been tipped for CBB for a few weeks now. According to a national newspaper a source said, "Sarah is fully on board. But she is not sure if she feels ready."

Last year Sarah was a contestant in the winter sports reality show The Jump, but withdrew at the end of February after damaging a ligament.

Amelia Lily

Former contestant on The X Factor Amelia was knocked out in the live finals, but was given a second chance when Frankie Cocozza was knocked off.

Since The X Factor she had a short lived pop career before moving into theatre.
