She won the show back in 2016, and now, as excitement builds ahead of the brand new series of Love Island, Cara de la Hoyde has teased fans about the 2018 Islanders.

With anticipation building as to who could be entering the infamous villa in June, Cara has spoken to OK! Online and revealed she knows of some “bombshell” contestants.

Speaking to the publication, mum-of-one Cara said, "I know some bombshells but I can’t say. I already know which team I’m on but all will be revealed when he or she goes in!"

Now see all of the rumoured Love Island 2018 contestants:

Dani Dyer

Dani Dyer was forced to leave Survival Of The Fittest earlier this year after injuring her elbow in the first task. It was then reported that Love Island producers were keen to book her for the upcoming series.

It has now seemingly been confirmed that she's going on the show, but has been banned from having sex on TV by her father, EastEnders actor Danny Dyer.

Fans will be hoping the new series can find couples like Cara and her boyfriend Nathan Massey.

After instantly clicking on the show back in 2016, the pair left the villa with the £50,000 prize money, before briefly spitting up in 2017.

Cara and Nathan quickly rekindled their romance though, and are now parents to their adorable son Freddie. Cara often shares the cutest photos of her little family to social media.

It was also recently revealed that Cara will be bridesmaid for her Love Island BFF Olivia Buckland, when she marries Alex Bowen later this year. Read more about that right here.

Meanwhile, after months of speculation about when the new series of ITV2's most famous dating show will start, bosses have now confirmed that it will return to our TV screens on Monday 4th June!
