Simon Cowell on 1D: "Bands don't stay together forever"
Simon Cowell has predicted that One Direction will only have two new albums left before they split.
Simon Cowell has added to rumours that media boyband, One Direction, may be about to split after predicting that the group only have two more new albums left.
Speaking in an interview with The Daily Star the music mogul and creator of the X Factor said that the massive British boy band may not make it another three years.
"Bands don't stay together forever. I think they will make at least two more albums together and they are in the middle of one right now," he explained.
However, Simon did go on to say the split would not be as a result of Harry Styles' rumoured solo career. Speaking about Harry, Simon explained: "I don't think that is going to happen for a while. Eventually I am sure they all will."
Many are blaming pressure from up-and-coming boybands such as 5 Seconds of Summer, The Vamps and Rixton as the reason for recent 1D split rumours.
