One Direction Speak 'Exciting' McBusted Collaboration
Niall Horan can't wait for us to hear it
One Direction’s Niall Horan says the boys are incredibly excited about joining musical forces with McBusted on their fourth album.
After writing ‘I Would’ for 1D in 2012, McFly’s Tom Fletcher, Danny Jones and Dougie Poynter co-penned ‘Don’t Forget Where You Belong’ alongside Niall for ‘Midnight Memories’.
Now, Niall says they’ve also got Busted and McBusted’s James Bourne on board for 1D’s new record, which is due this autumn.
“We worked with McFly on the last album but now it's all about McBusted,” Niall said.
“It's something really cool for me because the first gig I ever went to was Busted and McFly.
“James Bourne is a really talented songwriter so it's exciting to have him as part of the mix.”
One Direction wrapped up the UK & Ireland leg of their colossal ‘Where We Are Tour’ with a three-date residency at London’s Wembley Stadium earlier this month where they wowed 270,000 fans.
The boys are currently touring mainland Europe and play Denmark’s Parken Stadium tonight (17th June).
