Example To Play 6 Gigs in 3 Cities Over 1 Weekend!

Easily one of the greatest live acts in pop music, Example has announced details of a very special shows this March.

More used to headlining arenas and storming festivals, Example – real name Elliot Gleave – will be going back to his roots to play intimate venues on The Ultimate Weekender Tour.

Taking place over just one weekend, Example bring his impressive live show to a total of six venues in three different cities – London, Manchester and Glasgow.

We caught up with Example to ask him about the idea behind the tour. Listen to it right here:

Applications for the chance to purchase tickets to the Ultimate Weekender Tour are open on Example’s official site now and close at 10am on Tuesday 4th February.

Successful applicants will be notified on the 4th February and sent further information on how to purchase tickets.

The Ultimate Weekender Tour dates are as follows:

London: Friday 13th March KOKO – Live show Village Underground – After party hosted by Example & DJ Wire

Manchester: Saturday 14th March Academy 2 – Live show Deaf Institute – After party hosted by Example & DJ Wire

Glasgow: Sunday 15th March The Garage – Live show The Arches – After-party hosted by Example & DJ Wire

Example’s fifth studio album is scheduled for release this summer.
