Irish actor Aidan Gillen has joined the cast of upcoming Queen movie biopic Bohemian Rhapsody, it’s been confirmed.

Best known for portraying Petyr 'Littlefinger' Baelish in the HBO series Game of Thrones, Aidan will play Scottish music manager John Reid, who managed Queen from 1975 to 1978.

Aidan has also starred in shows including Queer as Folk and The Wire, and will appear in the fourth series of hit BBC crime drama Peaky Blinders.

As Vanity Fair reports, acclaimed English actor Tom Hollander (Pirates of the Caribbean, Rev., Pride & Prejudice) will play long-time Queen manager Jim Beach in the film.

Rami said of his transformation to EW.com: “When you’re able to open your eyes and see a different person staring back at you in the mirror, it’s a very affirming moment.”

Brian has been sharing a series on photos from the film shoot on Instagram, which you can check out below.
