Zayn Malik and Perrie Edwards set to go 'head to head' with new autobiographies
Zayn's book is released just 11 days later
The news that Zayn Malik is publishing an autobiography was welcomed by fans yesterday (Wednesday 14th September), but now it looks like the singer will go head to head with his ex- girlfriend Perrie Edwards.
Zayn's book will be published on November 1st, just 11 days after Little Mix's new band autobiography, leading people to believe there will be a war for who sells the most books.
Perrie is set to spill the beans about her famous split with the former One Direction man as well as the band telling all about their highs and low since winning The X Factor.
Meanwhile it's reported that Zayn's book will document his split from One Direction and touch on his high profile relationships with Perrie and his current girlfriend Gigi Hadid.
The book will also document his private life through a series of personal photos and illustrations. In a statement ahead of the release, the 23-year-old said “I’m going to show you as much as I can so that you can judge me on my own terms, not on what the press or anyone else says."
Despite releasing around the same time as Little Mix, Zayn will be hoping to mirror the success of his solo music career.
His debut single 'Pillowtalk' stormed the charts, then his album 'Mind of Mine' made history back in April when it went straight to number one in both the UK and US.
