WATCH: Frank Lampard surprises wife Christine with a video message on their first anniversary
They married in Knightsbridge.
Yesterday was Frank and Christine Lampard's first wedding anniversary, but rather than spending the whole day together Christine was on Loose Women.
As the presenters wished Christine a happy annivesary Ruth Langsford quizzed her on how the former England footballer proposed to her.
Christine admitted she doesn't do any big fancy gestures as she gets embarrassed and Frank knew that, so he proposed on an isolated beach near Los Angeles.
"It wasn't getting down on one knee, it was none of that kind of business" the 37-year-old TV presenter explained, however he did have a ring that he had designed himself.
The Loose Women team then surprised Christine by playing a video of her husband, wishing her a happy anniversary.
In the video he said was very proud to be her husband and was looking forward to many more years together.

Christine (née Bleakley) and Frank Lampard married on the 20th December 2015 in a lavish ceremony in Knightsbridge where the bride wore a bespoke dress thought to be worth around £10,000.
