Vicky Pattison hits out at 'not so flattering' bikini pictures
She said she was just a 'normal girl' on holiday
Vicky Pattison has hit out at critics after ‘not so flattering’ images were posted online of the star in a bikini.
Taking to Instagram, the former Geordie Shore star said that she wouldn’t get upset about it because she’s just a ‘normal girl’ who was on holiday:
‘Life is for living... It's for travelling, having adventures, getting drunk, making mistakes, meeting new people, catching up with old friends, laughing, loving, dancing til the sun comes up and just silliness!!
‘If you're hoping I'll crumble or cry over a couple 'not so flattering images' that were taken without my knowledge and when i was drunk you obviously don't know me very well!! I'm just a normal girl enjoying myself on holiday with my mates!
'I'm not perfect- neither is my body- and I never claimed to be! Why don't we all just embrace normality, chill out and have a g&t eh?!! Well at least that's what I'll be doing!!! Namaste all. #LADSLADSLADS #ibiza #magaluf#2016 #liveyourlife #teamconfidence’ (sic).
The Loose Women panellist recently spoke out and credited exercise to helping her when she suffered from depression.
The 28-year-old had previously revealed in her book, 'Nothing But The Truth', that she'd contemplated suicide after she and former colleague Holly Hagan were accused of assaulting a model.
Speaking on Lorraine, she said "Honestly there is no magic trick to when you feel down, it’s just one of those things where you have to dig deep and I am very fortunate that I have a brilliant mum, lovely sister and gorgeous support structure around me.
"I also have life coaches and I am not ashamed to admit that. And it's good for me to go home to Newcastle. I think one of the things that really helped me, which a lot of people underestimate, is exercise. I cannot preach the benefits of exercise enough."
Vicky rose to fame on Geordie Shore and has since won I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! and appears on Loose Women as a panellist.
She's also a team captain on the new panel show It's Not Me It's You which is hosted by Eamonn Holmes.
