Geordie Shore star Nathan Henry has shown off the impressive results of his 32lbs weight loss with his fans on Instagram.
Nathan, who currently stars on the latest series of the hit MTV show, took to Instagram to show off his transformation with before and after shots of his body.
Revealing he's been on a 12 week programme devised by Forever Forza, Nathan admitted he wanted to flatten his pot belly. The caption read, 'How I lost 32lbs, flattened my pot belly & sculpted the body of my dreams in 12 weeks by following a fitness & diet plan devised by @foreverforza which involved swapping lunch for Shake It Slim meal replacements & getting added zip for the gym with Raspberry K2 capsules'. sic
The before photo shows Nathan weighing in at 16st 11lbs, with a waist of 38".
After completing the 12 week plan, Nathan later posted an after photo which showed him weighing 14st 7lbs, with a waist of 34".
Fans were quick to comment on the reality star's photos to compliment him on his new body. One user wrote, 'omg 👏👏💪😍', with another adding, 'Well done mate!'.

Nathan isn't the only member of the Geordie Shore cast to show off his weight loss recently.
Earlier this month, original cast member Sophie Kasaei revealed she'd gone from a size 16 to a size 8 after losing an impressive two stone.
Sharing a before and after photo to her Instagram page, Sophie wrote, '6 months ago vs now! I’ve lost over 2 stone and gone from a size 16 to a size 8! I couldn’t be happier!' sic
Meanwhile Sophie, Nathan, and the rest of the Geordie Shore cast continue to grace our TV screens for the 16th series of the popular show on MTV.
New reports today suggest two brand new Australian cast members will join the show for a special series filmed Down Under next month.
The current cast have already travelled to Australia to film the show, with a source saying, "Bosses are keeping the identity of the two people completely under wraps but they're being brought in to really shake things up in the group."
