Liam Payne gushes over Cheryl as they make their red carpet debut

Liam Payne and Cheryl have made their red carpet debut looking seriously loved up and happy.

The pair attended the Global Gift Gala where Cheryl received the Philanthropist Award for her outstanding work in her charity, Cheryl’s Trust.

This is the couple’s first public red carpet appearance since they started dating back in February and they certainly didn’t disappoint. Cheryl was glowing in a floor length baby pink dress, whilst Liam looked smart in a white shirt and black suit jacket.

Looking totally smitten with each other both Cheryl and Liam were more than happy to show off their relationship to the press, lovingly gazing into each other’s eyes and smiling as they made their way into the event.

Cleary proud of his new girl, the One Direction man took to Twitter after the event to congratulate Cheryl on her award, writing “So proud of her tonight, such a special award #GlobalGiftGala”

The former X Factor judge looks happier and healthier than ever following a tough few months with her ongoing divorce to French businessman, Jean Bernard.

Cheryl took to Instagram after the event to show off her new award, claiming she is ‘honoured’ to have received it.

The couple first announced they were dating back in February when Liam changed his Instagram picture to a loved up snap of the pair. The relationship was seemingly confirmed on International Women’s Day when Liam shared a picture of 33-year-old Cheryl, calling her ‘My favourite woman in the world’.
