This weekend rumours began circulating about an unlikely romance between One Direction singer Liam Payne and X Factor judge Cheryl Fernandez-Versini. Despite the 10 year age gap it seems the pair have confirmed the romance by posting a loved up selfie on Instagram.
It seems that now it's out in the open there were some early signs that romance was on the cards, Liam commented on one of Cheryl’s Instagram picture with some love emoticons and commented on her pre BRIT Awards photo saying “see you there babe.”
Liam has gone one step further and changed his Instagram profile picture to one cuddling up to Cheryl and he has updated his bio to ‘Happy.’

It seems Liam is so smitten with Cheryl he has even got a matching rose tattoo.
The romance reportedly started in December after the breakdown of Cheryl's 19 month marriage. Let's hope this time Cheryl can be lucky in love.
