Harry Styles fans are so excited by rumours he could star in a movie, that they've even created fake posters.

It was recently reported that the One Direction man will star alongside Tom Hardy and Mark Rylance in Dunkirk, a World War 2 themed movie.

Now, excited Harry fans have mocked up their own version of the promotional poster for the film and have even gone to the lengths of sticking them up around Dunkirk.

The posters were posted to various One Direction fan pages on social media.

Just last week it was reported the 22-year-old will leave behind his celebrity lifestyle to attend a boot camp with the rest of the cast, in order to prepare them for the tough conditions.

Harry, Tom and co will leave the real world behind to live on an old Navy ship with no running water or electricity.

The 'History' singer is set to portray the role of a young man who gets caught up in an evacuation as the Allied Forces fight the Nazi's.

Speaking about his upcoming boot camp, a source close the star said "Harry is used to living the life of luxury so this will be a very interesting situation".

The 1D man is yet to comment on his rumoured role but fans of the star clearly can't wait to see him take on a new career.

The movie is set for release in 2017 so we expect to see some official movie posters early next year.
