In the series a person with no magical abilities were called 'muggles'. But over in America's wizarding community they refer to them as ‘no-maj’, meaning ‘no magic’.

Fantastic Beasts and Where To Find Them is set in 1926 New York and follows the adventure of writer Newt Scamander, played by Eddie Redmayne.

It's reported that it's the same book mentioned in the first of the original series, 'Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone'.

The film is set to be released November, 2016.
