Ellie Goulding drops heaviest James Bond hint yet!
Will she be singing the Spectre theme?!
Ellie Goulding has dropped the heaviest hint yet that she’s singing the theme song to upcoming James Bond movie Spectre.
The songstress took to Instagram last night where she shared a photo of herself laughing as she exited the world-famous Abbey Road Studios in London.
Along with the teaser photo, Ellie wrote: “That’s a wrap!”
Interestingly, Adele recorded the final two cuts to her Bond theme song ‘Skyfall’ at Abbey Road Studios in 2012 along with a 77-piece orchestra.
Along with Sam Smith, who recently ruled himself out, Ellie has been linked to the Bond theme ever since Spectre was announced at Pinewood Studios last December.
She stoked the fuel of speculation further on 9th July when she tweeted the title of the 1973 Bond movie Live and Let Die as soundtracked by Paul McCartney.
Earlier this month, Spectre director Sam Mendes said he was “very excited” about the song and assured the public “you won’t have to wait long” to hear it.
Starring Daniel Craig as MI6 agent Bond and Christoph Waltz as his arch nemesis Franz Oberhauser, Spectre hits UK cinemas on 26th October.
