After Demi Lovato’s great-grandmother sadly passed away at the weekend the singer has shared a touching tribute that will bring tears to your eyes.

Demi confirmed the sad news in an Instagram post to which she referred to her great-grandmother as ‘the world’s most special woman’.

Posting a cute snap of herself cuddling into 'Mimwah' she admitted she will 'miss her more than words can even describe'.
