This week Chad Johnson removed all traces of girlfriend and fellow Celebrity Big Brother star Sarah Harding from his Instagram, causing speculation that the pair had split.
However, now Chad has responded to the rumours, and confirmed that they are, in fact, still together.
He tweeted, “We're still together. Relax people. @SarahNHarding”, but Sarah is yet to comment.
However, friends have said the relationship is proving difficult. A source told a national newspaper, “Things are hard – they’re so far apart, and there’s the time difference too. When they do speak things are tense. It’s really tough. Things are really up and down and everyone’s saying they’re on the rocks.”
Earlier this month, Sarah appeared on Loose Women, where she hinted things weren’t going great between the Celebrity Big Brother couple. She admitted she was unsure when she was going to see Chad next, as he’d gone back to Los Angeles.

Panellist Janet Street-Porter picked up on Sarah's uncertainty, however Sarah insisted she just doesn't want to rush things with Chad saying, "We’ve spent like a week together outside of the house, obviously we’ve got real lives to get on with."
This came shortly after it was revealed that Chad was using dating app Bumble despite being with Sarah.
Sarah and Chad have had a pretty controversial relationship. They sparked up a romance in the Celebrity Big Brother house, despite the fact that Sarah had a boyfriend on the outside world.
Then their raunchy antics shocked viewers, however there have been loads of other shocking moments on the TV show, watch some of them in the video below.
Recently Sarah Harding reached out to her former band mate Cheryl responding to a tweet from Cheryl which asked fans which album tracks they wished she'd released as singles. Although she didn't really answer Cheryl's question, Sarah tweeted, 'Hey stranger!... U know FFTL Fight For This Love will always be the one 👍🏼💥#TrueToTheGame 😘' sic'
With Cheryl reportedly unhappy with Sarah talking about her during her time in the Celebrity Big Brother house, fans were surprised to see Cheryl respond saying, '😘💃🏻💂🏼#alwaystrue 😉'
