Ant McPartlin is reportedly set move out of his London pad famously situated next door to his on-screen partner Dec Donnelly. Ant is reportedly planning to renovate a £5 million London mansion as he continues on his road to recover following a second stint in rehab for prescription drug and alcohol addiction.

The new project - though to be part of the presenter's recovery - would mean Ant moving out of his current London home, which is famously next door to his co-presenter Dec Donnelly's family home.

Rather than being able to quickly pop next door to spend time with each other, the double act will reportedly be a half-hour's drive away from one another when Ant relocates to South West London to renovate the new property.

According to MailOnline, Ant is "very excited" about the new house. A source revealed that the next couple of months will be "difficult for him, given he’s not in Australia with Dec for I'm A Celebrity."

They added that the new house will "provide him with a fresh start," and that he's looking to"completely renovate it and make it his dream home."

A source also told the publication Ant's new girlfriend Anne-Marie Corbett will not be moving into his new house, as the couple want to 'take things slow'.

"They’re not moving in together — she lives with her children. And there’s no engagement either," the insider added.

This comes as Ant and Lisa Armstrong's divorce was finalised on Tuesday (16th November). The estranged couple have faced months of media scrutiny since Ant released a statement in January, which read, 'In response to the recent speculation in the media, Ant is very sad to announce that, after 11 years, he is ending his marriage to Lisa McPartlin.

'Ant asks for privacy at this difficult time, for both himself, Lisa and their immediate families. No further statement will be made.'
