Andy Murray tells Jack Whitehall to stop tweeting his mum
The comedian gets a bit too close to Judy on Twitter!
Jack Whitehall has hilariously revealed that Andy Murray has asked him to stop tweeting his mum Judy Murray.
The comedian has admitted to having a bit of a soft spot for the tennis star's mum ever since Judy appeared on Strictly Come Dancing.
Describing her once as a 'cougar', the Bad Education star told reporters "I was shooting a Unicef sketch with Andy Murray. Despite what some people think, he has a great sense of humour. He pulled me aside at the end of filming and said, 'you need to stop tweeting my mother.'"
To which he responded "I respect his request, but there's nothing I can do if she tweets me."
The flirtatious behaviour in question happened this week after Jack and Judy exchanged tweets over Jack's excitement over Ainsley Harriot being named as a contestant on this year's Strictly.
Describing him as the "best contestant ever", Judy was quick to reply with her feelings on the matter.
