Adele's revealed her weight loss secret, which involved cutting out one big thing from her diet.

She was looking noticably slimmer when she performed on The X Factor over the weekend. So what can we learn from her?

Cut out chocolate? Carbs? Drink more water?

Her solution is much simpler - tea.

Speaking to a national newspaper she admitted "I used to drink ten cups a day with two sugars in each so I was on 20 sugars a day.

"Now I don't drink it and I have more energy than ever."

Unfortunately giving up tea is no miracle weight loss plan and the singer's apparently given up alcohol and cigarettes too. She's also started going to the gym, though she confessed to a magazine that she doesn't really enjoy it.

She said: "I'm not like skipping to the gym. I don't enjoy it. I do like doing weights.

"I don't like looking in the mirror. Blood vessels burst on my face really easily so I'm so conscious when I'm lifting weights not to let them burst in my face."
