The pressure on shop workers is increasing in North East Lincolnshire with thefts thought to be on the rise
Some are so blatant they walk out with full trollies of unpaid goods
Meanwhile national stats show 69% of staff have experienced verbal abuse in the past year.
It's makes it difficult for store staff to cope.
It has increased dramatically
We've been speaking to Julie Wright who works at a supermarket in Cleethorpes.
She told us: "There's lots of trollies absolutely full."
"You can see 4 or 5 hundred pounds of stock in there."
"We are stopping some of them - but how many are getting through that we don't see."
"It has increased dramatically."
"They can be angry - if they're having to wait for alcohol to be authorised - security tags removed."
"That can get people's backs up."

"Then obviously in the cost of living crisis the temptation to steal is there as well."
"There are organisation's who have headphones and they're talking to each other in the store and then they distract people so they can get out."
"It's a serious problem and we need to see the police sort it out."
We've also spoken to Police Minister and Hull MP Dame Diana Johnson about the issue.
She told us: "As we said in our manifesto we're putting thirteen thousand police officers back into our neighbourhoods to tackle some of the anti social behaviour we see on our high streets."
