Police reveal seven more people charged over Hull disorder

Humberside Police have revealed a further seven people have been charged with offences relating to the disorder in Hull City Centre on Saturday 3 rd August.

The alleged offences range from violent disorder and burglary, to racially/religiously aggravated criminal damage and attempted arson.

The first three men to be convicted in connection with the unrest were sentenced at Hull Crown Court on Friday.

Police are continuing to appeal to anyone who has information, dashcam, or mobile footage relating to any of the disorder, to contact them.

The following people have been charged:

  • Steven Love, 41-years-old, of Middleton Street Hull, charged with violent disorder.
  • Michael Campbell, 56-years-old, of Icelandic Close, Hull, charged with violent disorder.
  • Jordan Murray, 26-years-old, of Grasby Road, Hull, charged with violent disorder, possession of class B drugs and two counts of burglary.
  • Julianne Kay, 47-years-old, of Lorraine Street, Hull, charged with violent disorder.
  • John Nunan, 36-years-old, of Hermes Close, Hull, charged with violent disorder.
  • Travis Whitelock, 23-years-old, of Brisbane Street, Hull, charged with violent disorder.
  • David Wilkinson, 48-years-old, of Lorraine Street, Hull, charged with violent disorder, racially/religiously aggravated criminal damage and attempted arson.
