Hull disorder: Five more arrests made by Humberside Police

Police are continuing to investigate riots and disorder in the city centre last weekend

Humberside Police have revealed they have made five more arrests in connection with rioting in Hull city centre.

Shops and businesses were damaged and police officers attacked during clashes in the city seven days ago (Saturday 3rd August).

Latest arrests made in connection with Hull disorder

A 41-year-old man who was arrested on suspicion of violent disorder.

A 26-year-old man who was arrested on suspicion of two counts of burglary, criminal damage and possession of class B drugs.

A 13-year-old boy who was arrested on suspicion of violent disorder.

A 13-year-old boy who was arrested on suspicion of violent disorder and affray.

A third 13-year-old boy who was arrested on suspicion of burglary.

They have since been released under investigation whilst enquiries continue.

Humberside Police appeal for information

Humberside Police are continuing to appeal to anyone who has any information, dashcam, or mobile footage relating to any of the disorder.

They are urging anyone with information to call 101 quoting Operation Executive.

Information can also be passed directly to the investigation team and will be dealt with in the strictest confidence through the Major Incident Public Portal.
