A motorbike's been stolen from a property in Poole and then driven dangerously.

An off-road model was taken without the owner's consent just before 1.00pm on Saturday 11th May.

It was seen being used dangerously on Nelson Road, with police finding the bike at an address there.

Officers have now released an image of a man they want to trace in connection with what happened.

PC James Allcroft-Reid, of BCP police, said:

“This off-road motorcycle cannot be ridden legally on the road, which can be very dangerous. Even though we were able to recover it, I need to find out who took and used it on that day.

“I am now in a position to release an image of the suspect and hope somebody is able to identify the man pictured.”
