Thieves broke into a home in a village near Sherborne

A home's been burgled in a North Dorset village, with cash taken.

Entry was gained to a property in Chetnole, near Sherborne, in the early hoes of Sunday morning (24th September).

There's now an appeal for information, including CCTV or dash cam footage that could help with enquiries.

PC Katie-May Parsons, of Dorset Police, said:

“The investigation is continuing and I have carried out house-to-house and CCTV enquiries in the vicinity.

“I am keen to hear from anyone who may have seen or heard any suspicious activity in the area and has not already spoken to police.”
