Delivery van stolen during Bridport drop

The vehicle was taken from South Street early this morning (13th June)

A delivery driver in Bridport has had his van stolen during an early morning drop.

The white Renault Trafic van, with the registration WD21 KCF, was taken from South Street at around 3.00am today (Thursday 13th June).

The driver was carrying out a nearby delivery at the time.

An offender is described as:

  • White man
  • Around 30 years old
  • Five feet six inches tall
  • Medium build
  • Short brown hair

Police are asking anyone who might have seen it being driven around to contact them.

PC Chloe Seaward, of Dorset Police, said:

“I am keen to hear from anyone was in the area and saw what happened to please come forward.

“I am also appealing to the community in the vicinity of the South Street to please check any CCTV systems or dashcams for footage that may help us identify a direction of travel for the van.”
