Cash stolen from till at Upton barbershop and salon

CCTV images have been released of two people they want to trace

Cash has been taken from the till of a barbershop and salon in Upton, during a burglary.

It's believed two people went to Swaffield's in The Triangle at around 4.00am on Saturday 16th November.

Police say one of them entered the premises, while one kept watch, before they both left the scene on electric bikes.

CCTV images have now been shared of two people that officers are looking to identify.

PC Josh Hurwood, of Wareham police, said:

“We are conducting enquiries into this burglary and I am keen to hear from anyone who witnessed any suspicious activity in the vicinity during the early hours of Saturday 16 November 2024.

“I would also ask any residents or motorists who have captured relevant footage on their doorbell cameras or dashcams to please get in contact with us.

“We are also issuing CCTV images of two people we wish to speak to in connection with this incident and while I appreciate that the images are not the best, I would urge anyone with information as to their identities or recognises them from their clothing to please come forward.”
