Road closed after gas leak in St Bees

Emergency services are dealing with a gas leak in St Bees.
Police were contacted shortly before 7:55pm last night (7 May) with a report of a gas leak coming from a property on the B5345 near to Wood Lane.
The road has been closed & motorists are being asked to avoid the area.
Nearby residents have been advised to keep windows and doors closed until the incident has been resolved.
