Police release CCTV of irritant substance suspect
It happened in Carlisle back in February
Police are releasing CCTV stills of an individual they are looking to identify to assist with their investigations.
The incident occurred at around 12:38pm on 27th February, on Fisher Street, Carlisle in which a person was sprayed with an irritant substance.
Anyone with any information relating to this incident or can identify the person pictured is asked to report this to police.
