Police appeal for witnesses following a collision in Cockermouth
A man suffered serious injuries at Roundclose Hill yesterday (13th May)
Police are appealing for witnesses following a two-vehicle collision in Cockermouth.
It happened on the Eaglesfield to Hundeth Hill road at Roundclose Hill at around 2pm yesterday (May 13th).
The collision involved a Ford Mondeo and a Honda motorcycle.
The bike rider, a 61-year-old man from Cockermouth, was taken to the Royal Victoria Infirmary in Newcastle with serious injuries.
The driver of the car, a 43-year-old man from Cockermouth, was uninjured.
