Man arrested after Maryport incident
He was detained on suspicion of making threats to kill
A man's been arrested on suspicion of making threats to kill in Maryport.
Police were called at around 3.30pm yesterday afternoon (Sunday), after getting reports of a man making threats of violence.
They went to an address in Eaglesfield Street - and detained the suspect on suspicion of making threats to kill.
He remains in custody this morning.
Nobody was hurt during the incident.
