Four arrested after handbag theft in Whitehaven
They all remain in custody
Police have made four arrests following the theft of a handbag from store on King Street in Whitehaven.
Police received the report yesterday afternoon (May 30).
A 32, 41 and 53-year-old man have been arrested on suspicion of fraud by false representation.
A 48-year-old woman was arrested on suspicion of breach of a court order.
All four remain in police custody.
