The team at Great Western Railway have issued a warning to save customers falling victim to a scam
They've posted on social media: "Please be aware that a number of X accounts pretending to be GWR Managers have been set up.
"These accounts are contacting our customers asking for their personal information."
The message adds: "Please be careful and never give out personal information to any account other than this verified handle. We will only ever ask for your information via DM."
