Police appeal after man's cheekbone was fractured in Bristol assault
Avon and Somerset Police say the incident happened on November 19
Avon and Somerset Police have launched a fresh appeal for a man they want to speak to in connection with an incident back in November.
The force says officers are investigating an assault in Bristol - in which the cheekbone of the victim was fractured.
The incident happened on Saturday, November 19 at about 10.45pm.
Before the assault, the injured person was walking with friends along Avalon Road, St George, Bristol, where a man approached the victim.
There, and after a 'brief exchange of words', the man then punched the victim in the face before walking away.
The man in the picture was in the area at around the time and officers would like to speak to him.
He's described by Avon and Somerset Police as being of mixed ethnic appearance, in his early to mid-30s, about 6ft 1in tall with shaven hair.
He was wearing grey bottoms and a long dark-coloured padded coat.
Officers would also like to hear from anyone with dashcam or doorbell footage or any other information which could help the investigation.
