Disruption at Bristol Airport caused by "technical problems"
Flights were grounded on Tuesday morning
Bristol Airport are blaming "technical problems" for flights being suspended this morning. (07/11).
Early flights, set to depart before 8am have all been grounded whilst teams try work to resolve the problem.
We're told that the issue is with the airfield lighting equipment.
A spokesperson on X, formerly Twitter, says operations are being held until at least 08.00 GMT.
An online departure board shows more than a dozen outbound flights have been impacted by the technical problems.
People travelling today are being to contact their airline directly for the latest information.
