Public order incident reported at Bridport supermarket
A man's alleged to have been verbally abusive towards a woman in Lidl
There's an appeal for witnesses to a public order incident at a Bridport supermarket to get in touch with police.
A man's alleged to have be verbally abusive to a woman at Lidl in St Andrews Road at around 5.00pm on Monday last week (6th January).
The people involved are believed to know each other.
Officers want to hear from anyone who might have information about what happened, especially a woman who helped the victim.
PC Ollie Pagett, of Bournemouth Police, said:
“We are carrying out enquires into this incident and would like to hear from any witnesses who have not already spoken to police.
“I am particularly keen to speak to a woman who is reported to have assisted the victim following the incident, as she may have information to assist our enquiries.”
