Over 1,000 recycled poppies decorate Dorchester home
One thousand recycled bottle caps are bringing some colour to Dorchester for Remembrance Day

A beautiful crimson display of a thousand poppies has been installed in a front garden in Dorchester.
The spectacle is the creation of Fiona Hooper of Monmouth Road in an effort to raise money for RAF veterans and their families.
It's drawing the attention of lots of people too. Earlier this week a small coach of people arrived to take a look, according to Fiona.
Fiona said:
"I got the idea from the wave section of the Poppies from London. I haven't got a very big front garden so I thought I'd use the front of the house.
"I come from a military family, both my grandfathers were in the navy. My uncle was a marine and my dad was in the RAF.
"Everybody remembers somebody for remembrance, don't they? I just wanted to do something to raise a bit of money."
So far, over £400 has been donated to Fiona's just giving page. She originally set out to raise £200.
"I'm blown away by the support I've got. I've had a couple of donations from America from friends and then on the JustGiving page there's a few anonymous ones, but there's a few names I don't know.
"One man said he used to live in Dorchester and he's ex-RAX and he wanted to give, so it's amazing."
