  • Talking Newspaper
  • Veterans Hub
  • Samaritan
  • Salvation Army
  • Dorset Echo Toy Appeal
  • The Nest
  • MV Freedom
  • Social Inclusion Group

Cllr Weaving said:

“I was delighted to raise over £1,127 to support local groups and organisations to benefit from this year’s Mayor’s Christmas Fund appeal.

"It’s important to spread a little joy across the festive period and provide some extra support to those who need it the most in Weymouth. The fund serves to meet the most critical needs of our communities.”

The fund is run by Weymouth Town Council each year, and administered by Weymouth and Portland Lions Club.
