Man found with machete in Blandford town centre
The weapon was discovered during a stop and search
A machete has been seized from an 18-year-old man in Blandford Town Centre.
It was found during a stop and search by police yesterday afternoon.
Several wraps of a Class B drug were also found.
A spokesperson for North Dorset Police said:
" An 18 year old male is now under investigation for this matter.
"If you have any concerns regarding people carrying offensive weapons / bladed articles please report it on 101 or Online at the Dorset Police Website."
