Man arrested on suspicion of attempted murder in Weymouth

A man's been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder in Weymouth.
It's after a woman in her 90s was taken to hospital early on Tuesday morning (3rd December).
Dorset Police were called to an address on Preston Road just before 1.30am.
A 29 year old man from Weymouth arrested has since been released on bail as enquiries continue.
The woman wasn't injured, but remains in hospital under observation.
It is believed that the pair are known to one another.
